| RULES: The search is open to residents of Las Vegas and surrounding areas between the ages of
6 and 14 at the time of entry. Parents or guardians will need to produce Identification if requested. Parents or guardians will be required to provide their information to verify their permission. Parents or guardians understand that awards are
not redeemable in cash under any circumstances and must be accepted as
given. There shall not be any substitutions of any kind for any awards. Voting by the public is used solely for the use of
Kids Top Model for the selection process. The
choosing of a Kid Top Model shall remain the sole discretion of
as Kids Top Model in the event of voting discrepancies or technical problems. Decisions are final. All images submitted by an entrant shall be used if needed by Kids
Top Model for website posting, advertising and/or press release of any kind.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the copyright permissions of all images
submitted and Kids Top Model and/or affiliates shall not be
responsible in anyway whatsoever. Parents or guardians acknowledges that Kids Top Model or affiliates may not be held liable for any loss
and/or damages due to the images submitted. Parents or guardians also understand they may be contacted via the contact information given for verification of consent of entry or for other opportunites offered by Kids Top Model or it's affiliates. Kids Top Model reserrves the right to
change the rules at any time for any
reason without notice. |
